Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and design end‑to‑end technology solutions that enable digital transformation.
• Lead and participate in enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Manage client relationships within the financial sector and participate in the delivery of IT transformation projects.
• Support project supervision, follow‑up, and governance in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Identify opportunities in the market, contribute to proposal development, and participate in business development initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies—especially scaled frameworks—to guide implementations and ensure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, risk, and operations, to design user‑centric, data‑driven, and scalable solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and their applicability within client business contexts.
• Provide leadership, clear communication, and strong client‑facing presence throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering (professional license required).
• Master’s Degree in IT Project Management or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, project management, and emerging technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting (preferred).
• 6–7 years of experience in client management within the financial sector, including:
  • Participation in IT transformation projects
  • Project supervision
  • Pipeline development and opportunity origination
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Strong leadership soft skills and client‑handling capabilities.
• Experience in the insurance sector (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
