This role is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) office and requires regular travel to client sites, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes.
Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic transformation initiatives, helping organisations navigate change and achieve their objectives.
- Work closely with clients and project teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, contribute to stakeholder engagement activities, and help build alignment across diverse groups.
- Apply expertise across business transformation, strategy, operating models, service design, customer experience, and programme delivery.
- Support the development of high-performing team environments through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to meaningful organisational change through a combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
- Bring 3–5 years of experience delivering transformation, consulting, programme, or change-related work.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop practical, outcome-focused solutions.
- Experience working in collaborative environments and contributing to the successful delivery of projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience across areas such as strategy development, operating models, service design, policy design, customer experience, or programme delivery.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to stakeholder groups is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and client environments.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Political Science or related field.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management or enterprise architecture frameworks.
