We are excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term contract for an Entry Level Executive Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and friendly team. If you are organised, efficient, and eager to enhance your organisational skills while thriving in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you. This role is based in our Ōtautahi (Christchurch) office.
As an executive assistant, your experience in business communication will help you to build effective relationships with important stakeholders and senior leaders. You'll have autonomy and clear responsibilities, working in our friendly, collaborative environment. No two days are ever the same! Daily tasks include: expense processing, meeting scheduling and logistics, document management: including document creation, editing and proof reading; and data entry for our in-house client relationship management database.

Ideally, you'll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a team environment
- Understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Is an organised person who has a strong interest in organisation and is looking to build on these skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A positive attitude and happy to assist the wider EA team as a whole
- Effective problem-solving methods and out-of-the-box thinking
