We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our growing Business Consulting team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving transformation and delivering high-impact solutions to clients.

 

This role is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) and requires regular travel to client sites, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes.

  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help address complex business challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and implement transformation initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to high-quality project outcomes.
  • Contribute effectively in fast-paced environments that value innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects and engagements for clients across multiple sectors. 
  • Support initiatives that create positive impacts for clients, communities, and organisations.

  • Experience and Interest in understanding business challenges and developing practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to professional growth and learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, unfamiliar environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience contributing to project design, delivery, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative and trusted working relationships.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Political Science or related field.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management or enterprise architecture frameworks.
