SCS(Supply Chain Services)の主要な機能の一つであるGlobal Procurementチームは、ソーシングから契約ライフサイクル管理を通じてシナジーと価値創出を推進します。また、優れた顧客体験の提供や、Technology、Talent、BMC(Brand, Marketing & Communications)領域の支出管理において協業を促進します。さらに、サプライヤーとの強固な関係構築とサプライヤーレジリエンスの強化を通じて、EYの人材、クライアント、地域社会に対する長期的な価値最大化を支援します。
本ポジションは、日本におけるTalent領域カテゴリーの調達責任者として、主に日本地域における各種調達プロジェクトを推進します。APAC Procurement Leaderへ直接レポートし、人材関連サービス領域における調達戦略策定、ソーシングの実行、ステークホルダーとの協業を担当します。

- 日本のTalentリーダーや関係者に対する信頼できるアドバイザーとして、ビジネスニーズに沿った調達戦略を推進する
- コスト削減、コスト回避、契約価値最大化などの定量的価値創出を実現する
- Global Procurementチームと連携し、Talent領域カテゴリーの調達戦略の立案・実行を担う
- Supplier Relationship Management(SRM)やリスクマネジメント部門と協力し、契約リスクの低減を図る
- 日本におけるTalent ProcurementのKPI達成をリードする

応募資格
必須要件
- 調達業務経験5~10年以上
- うち3年以上のマネジメント経験
- 学士号以上(Business関連分野が望ましい)
- 購買部門におけるチームリーダー経験
- 間接材(Indirect Procurement)の深い知識と経験
- Talent ProcurementまたはProfessional Servicesカテゴリーの経験がある方は歓迎
- 調達戦略立案およびソーシングに関する高い専門性
- シニアステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務推進できる能力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英語ビジネスレベル以上

雇用区分:正社員
勤務時間:9時30分〜17時30分(標準労働時間7時間、休憩1時間)
備考:管理監督者として扱い、「時間外勤務手当支給に関する取り扱い」により深夜勤務手当のみ支給する。

The opportunity
The purpose of the global EY organization is to build a better working world. An essential function under EY Core Business Services (CBS), Supply Chain Services (SCS) is a global team of over 600 professionals in more than 35 countries, supporting the EY organization worldwide. This structure enables knowledge-sharing across categories and regions, streamlining efforts to seek innovative suppliers that can provide exceptional client service and maximize SCS’s value for the EY organization and the global supply chain.
A key component of SCS is Global Procurement, whose purpose is to drive significant synergies and value creation from sourcing to contract lifecycle management, deliver exceptional client experiences, and foster collaboration in managing Technology, Talent, and Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) spend categories. We forge meaningful supplier relationships and strengthen supplier resilience to help EY maximize long-term value for its people, clients, and communities.
Job Summary
As Japan Talent Procurement Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional team of procurement experts in a global environment and collaborate on interesting sourcing projects across the Super Regions, mostly across Japan region. Developing our people is key to delivering quality to our internal and external clients and aligns perfectly with our purpose of building a better working world. The reporting line will be direct to an APAC Procurement Leader. The holder of the role will be responsible for procurement strategy, sourcing execution, and senior stakeholder engagement on a Partner/Director level for selected programs/projects across the Talent portfolio as described below.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business advisor to Japan Talent leaders and stakeholders, aligning projects with the business pipeline and providing exceptional customer service while delivering quantitative value through cost savings, cost avoidance, and contract value realization.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Global Procurement team members to manage the Talent category, creating and delivering a strategy that supports the overall global Talent strategy.
- Work closely with risk management and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to minimize contractual risks to the organization and demonstrate year-on-year improvement in quality delivered.
- Responsible for achieving local Talent Procurement functional performance targets for Japan Talent categories, covering Quantitative Value, EVP (Employee Value Proposition), Spend under Management, and Speed to Market.
- Develop relationships with key EY business stakeholders, and report category insights and progress through regular meetings.
- Lead the build and management of a pipeline of Procurement projects in support of category strategy/plan & in collaboration with Procurement leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong experience of working in a Sourcing/Procurement/Supplier Management team in a complex and global environment
- Strong influencing and networking skills as the organization relies on working in cross functional teams across borders
- Lead the socialization of the Procurement and Supply Chain Global Policy and processes, ensuring project teams and stakeholders understand the value of the policy and adhere accordingly.
- Assign, Supervise and Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in Japan, including commercial contractual negotiations, and collaborate with other business partners, including Legal (GCO), Global and Client Serving Partners, and Sector Leaders, on a regular basis.
- Oversee end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in accordance with the Procurement policy, providing excellence throughout the process by analyzing information, setting sourcing strategies, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services.
- Manage regional team members, including contractors, to balance workload and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Develop efficiency program to reduce transaction volumes, aligned to category strategy plan

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A Bachelor’s and follow-on degree in Business or similar discipline is recommended.
- Experience in a category leadership role in Procurement within a collaborative, high-performance environment and deep experience with Indirect Categories, with preference to the Talent Procurement or Professional Services category
- Strong procurement expertise and commercial acumen to drive sourcing and demand management strategies across a broad array of category services.
- Ability to align efforts with key stakeholders and influence these leaders, as necessary, and possess a global mindset.
- Native Japanese and advanced business English and able to lead conversations autonomously.
- Experience working collaboratively, virtually and independently
Ideally, you’ll also have.
- CPM (US), CIPS (UK) or similar Procurement certification is welcomed but not essential
- Experience with a global, culturally diverse organization
