The opportunity

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support the team in managing documents and administrative activities.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Managers and Directors, providing support for business correspondence, arranging appointments or meetings, maintaining files, archiving documents
  • Organizing travel arrangements (purchase of plane tickets, transfers)
  • Preparing expenses claim forms for reimbursement of expenditure
  • Providing office administration with list of stationery and other requirements on a regular basis according to the department’s needs and budget
  • Providing support in cross departmental projects (e.g.: internal or external events, meetings)
  • Collecting and managing different documents
  • Preparing onboarding materials, ensuring new hires have the necessary equipment and access
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information
  • Attending to clients and visitors

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Equivalent related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks
  • Fluent in Romanian and English, spoken and written
  • MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Professional appearance
