As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs.
- Lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and advise on SAP capabilities; lead requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional configuration, including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in a broad understanding of policies.
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and build strong stakeholder relationships.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP based systems. At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, GL, and/or other accounting/finance related modules is a must.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications.
- Prior System Configuration experience with SAP Accounts Payable including invoice processing, payments and month-end processes.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting and finance functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Experience communicating functional requirements to development resources through functional specifications.
- Proficiency in relevant configurations to provision Automatic Payment Program for different Payment Methods.
- Understanding of integration with SAP SD, GL, and AP Payment Program and/or in-depth understanding of invoicing process including EDI, ERS & OCR.
- Experience collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Experience in executing system testing and validation to ensure meeting business requirements.
- Good exposure in drafting documentation related to workshop decks, business blueprints, configuration document, test scripts & functional specifications.
- Understanding of cross-functional integration of accounting and finance processes with other SAP modules (e.g., Procurement, Transportation Management, Sales, Treasury, etc.).
- Conceptual understanding of Withholding Tax w.r.t vendors.
- Building and managing relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise in SAP Finance.
- Hands-on SAP AR configuration experience, including Business Partner master data, invoice and down payment processing, cash application (manual and automatic), dunning, and customer correspondence; familiarity with lockbox and bank statement processing.
- SAP Accounts Payable configuration experience, including Business Partner (Vendor), Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI), Bank Account Management, Payment Medium Workbench, DMEEX, and payment methods.
- SAP certification(s), such as SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (C_TS4FI_2023).
- Additional SAP Finance certifications or relevant industry experience in Accounts Payable or Sourcing.
- Proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
