  • Approve functional design documents and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Drive integration design across SAP IS-U and external market systems, including MDMS, EDI gateways, and third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with market rules, regulatory requirements, and transaction processing standards.

Program Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical workstreams.
  • Oversee testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, market testing, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and production readiness.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee discussions and provide decision support.
  • Coordinate with market operators, regulatory bodies, and external vendors as required.

Business Development

  • Support proposal development, solution design, and pursuit activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deliver additional value.

  • Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and client-facing engagements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations.
