The opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our global FSO Consulting, System Integration (SI) Oracle team. Individuals will work directly with EY leadership and clients to integrate Oracle solutions that transform the way they do business. Individuals, like you, will work to identify business requirements and identify solutions that align with Oracle technologies supporting the finance organizations of our clients.
As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
- Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

- As a key member of this team, you’ll be looked at to participate in a global team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationship.
- You will ideally have a balance of knowledge of the financial services, Oracle system expertise and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies
- Ability to guide and develop junior team members
- Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
- Ability to design and develop solutions for Oracle Cloud Order Management and Subscription management modules
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience with Order to Cash implementation execution, system design, and/or operational improvement projects.
- Minimum 2- years of experience on Oracle Cloud ERP
- Proven expertise in designing and transforming the Order to Cash (O2C) process (Sales order booking, pricing calculations, AR invoice generation, etc.)
- Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Order Management and Subscription Management
- A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working
- Deliver quality project execution by supporting project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively addressing issues on scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary
- Support the development of repeatable services, tools, points of view, and thought leadership to differentiate EY from its peers. These are leveraged throughout EY to provide consistency in our solution delivery
- Possess ability to develop detailed knowledge of Oracle technologies of one or more Oracle applications related to Cloud ERP or PeopleSoft
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a global team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationship
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-70%
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Managing against an onshore/offshore model; definition of business and technical requirements; design of technology architecture; system selection and implementation support; data mapping and conversion (customer, item, sales order, pricelists, subscriptions etc.); proof of concept; business and IT process reengineering; program/project management and implementation planning (PMO)
- Previous Project experiences in:
- Order management and subscription management and pricing scenarios; AR Invoicing; traded products/front/back office package implementation; data warehousing/enterprise data design and management; enterprise application integration; revenue recognition and subledger accounting; business/merger Integration, reconciliation redesign or improvement

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
