As an EY Geo Hub Field Marketing Coordinator, you will strategically position EY’s distinctive brand (www.ey.com/bbww) through a range of integrated marketing programs aimed at clients and prospects within one of EY’s five Geographic Hubs across the US. This includes supporting account-based marketing initiatives, publishing content to our digital marketing channels, orchestration of in-person and virtual client events, proactively managing updates of marketing activities to key stakeholders as well as tracking ROI and marketing results.
The Opportunity
Working closely with multiple Field Marketers and key stakeholders, you’ll be expected to support varying marketing projects across geographies. You will have support responsibility for local events, email automation, ey.com content, webcasts, paid advertising and sponsorships and ensure activities are meeting project deadlines. This role will be part of a team, with peer colleagues performing similar responsibilities and all reporting into the US Field Marketing leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations, execution and project coordination within your geo
- Support the creation of BMC programs that help build client relationships, drive revenue objectives, and enhance the reputation of the firm.
- Collaborate with BMC teams and other internal functions to effectively develop and deliver programs
- Coordinate event participation and sponsorships (includes creating invites, managing registrations, creating event deliverables and run of shows, tracking results from events)
- Managing calendar updates and downloads for various stakeholder meetings
- Support collection of content and collateral for events and sponsorships
- Research current trends impacting the markets using both EY internal and external resources
- Track the effectiveness of overall marketing campaigns and individual initiatives, providing measurement reports and status updates
- Effectively manages multiple concurrent marketing initiatives meeting deadlines and effectively communicating status updates on open projects.
- Attending key stakeholder meetings. Representing field marketing in a highly professional manner while being appropriately prepared for the calls.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A solid understanding of the go-to-market Marketing and Sales processes in a complex organization.
- Possess the ability and confidence to professionally interact with EY partners and C-Suite leaders
- Experience coordinating events and sponsorships and strong understanding of Marketing channels and tactics
- Intellectual curiosity about the work EY does, how we help our clients and the macroeconomic business environment impacting our clients
- Understanding of marketing and communication principles
- Experience working with Digital Marketing tools, including Marketo
- Ability to work independently, as well as in virtual teams
- Strong project management skills and proficiency at effectively managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects
- Proven talent at building relationships and influencing without authority to produce results and outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- As a portion of this role involves creating time-sensitive materials for stakeholders and programs in a fast-paced environment, efficient time management and prioritization skills are essential, and extended hours are sometimes required
- Responsibility to adhere to internal reporting requirements and risk management protocols
To Qualify You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience marketing and communications experience, with industry and/or professional services experience preferred.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Industry and/or professional services experience preferred
- MBA preferred

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $139,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $159,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
