Assurance Advisor - Assurance (Forensic & Integrity Services - Discovery Services) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1597009), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Chicago, IL.
Provide Forensic & Integrity Services focusing on electronic discovery. Investigate financial activity, perform electronic evidence discovery and review financial reports. Manage key components of multiple Forensic & Integrity Services engagements, including strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management, engagement economics and delivery of exceptional client service. Serve as part of Forensic & Integrity Services team to apply knowledge of fraud assessment, monitoring and prevention to identify issues to be addressed. Identify records management-related risks, collect electronic evidence utilizing proven methodologies and global capabilities. Analyze evidence to identify and extract information of evidentiary value to the investigation or conflict. Provide services to support document review needs. Help organizations manage fraud risk more effectively and treat it as a critical business priority.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Law or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively will accept a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Law or a related field and four years of work experience.
Must have 3 years of recent experience in conducting computer fraud and forensic investigations for large, multinational EXTERNAL clients, AND providing Forensic electronic discovery services to large, multinational EXTERNAL clients, within a professional services environment.
Must have 2 years of experience with Relativity, Encase or other document management/ collection tools.
Must have 1 year of experience in developing detailed work plans, managing multiple projects, and leading teams of four or more staff members.
Requires domestic travel up to 70% to serve client needs.
