Alliance Resale Manager, Core Business Services (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions) (1581620), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Chicago, IL.
Support the business teams navigate resale policies and procedures, and facilitate across risk management with the goal of lowering risk associated with resale and improving resale enablement. Work with risk management, legal, and business teams to evaluate and establish Reseller Agreements and programs. Enable local countries to on-board new resale relationships and enable business teams in executing individual resale transactions. Train and educate account teams on how to execute resale transactions. Collaborate with teams to promote streamlined resale processes and awareness of resale process within the business development and account teams. Manage alliance governance through reporting, executive contact facilitation, results and operations reviews, and structured cadence with all stakeholders.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field and 6 years of work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field and 5 years of work experience.
Must have 5 years of combined experience in resale management or strategic program oversight for technology or professional services company.
Must have 2 years of experience coordinating with risk management, legal, and business teams within a large-sized/national accounting firm.
Must have 5 years of experience in one of the following: contract management, alliance resale management, or operational support work experience.
Must have 2 years of experience evaluating and building new resale contracts while running existing programs and transactions.
Must have 3 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management and communications; and facilitating client discussions including collaborating with clients and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities.
Must have 2 years of experience in evaluating resale partner programs.
Must have 2 years of experience in setting priorities and strategic execution as it relates to resale.
Travel required up to 25%, of which less than 10% may be international, to meet client needs.
