Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity

We are looking for Senior Consultants with expertise in Boomi integration development within UKG Pro Workforce Management to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the GDS PC team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support end‑to‑end UKG Pro WFM integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Work across the full integration lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post‑Production Support involving third‑party systems.
• Implement API‑led and event‑driven integration patterns for both inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Perform data mapping, validation, transformation, and error handling across integrated systems to ensure data accuracy and stability.
• Analyse Boomi Process/Atom logs to diagnose integration issues, monitor system behaviour, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all integration deliverables and technical documentation.
• Drive effective client communication and delivery cadence, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and project team members across global locations.
• Work on client engagements as part of a global distributed delivery team, coordinating across time zones and functions.
• Consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes to achieve strong client satisfaction and positive feedback from global project counterparts.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to strengthen Workforce Management service offerings.
• Support and participate in EY practice initiatives and internal capability‑building efforts.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Workforce management (Time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling, etc.) and Payroll consulting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects
• Boomi Professional Developer Certification/Badge
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data mapping and ETL frameworks.
• Proficiency in Groovy/JavaScript within Boomi is highly desired.
• Well versed in API testing tools like PostMan

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Demonstrated technical proficiencies in UKG WFM; a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global Workforce Management client challenges
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of end-to-end Workforce Management process 
• Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation using Visio and other tools
• Expertise in creating SOP, process documentation and work instructions
• Ability to undertake Workforce Management process review and improvement activities including the identification of process efficiencies and control effectiveness.
• Exposure to work force transformation programs enabled by technology. Led or been part of a work stream in multi work stream transformation program
• Involved in policy review, current Workforce Management assessments, vendor selections, designing payroll processes and strategies at global level, global payroll implementation support
