Senior Manager - HRO Solution Design

As a member of the PAS leadership team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that are focused at building the PAS business nationally, with a focus on Technology Sector clients.

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Senior manager, you will be responsible for scaling up the business and its topline. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence through building of a high competence team. You will be expected to excel at client relationship management, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.  You will also be expected to have excellent networking skills, both inside and outside of EY. More specifically, you should

 

  • Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities listed above, and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Support activities including proposal making, presentations, commercial negotiation, business economics management
  • Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively
  • Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
  • Identify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Experience in/ appreciation across the PAS HR Consulting portfolio
  • Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to building and delivering on such large-scale project(s)
  • Entrepreneurial drive and determination

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad).
  • 6-12 years of work experience

 

Ideally you’ll also have

 

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and creative.
  • A network of strong C-Suite relationships
  • High comfort in interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
  • Strong leadership skills and team building skills
