About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

 

The Opportunity

We are looking for a PMO professional to support Asset Services initiatives, ensuring structured governance, portfolio visibility, and operational excellence. This role will drive effective planning, execution tracking, stakeholder alignment, and reporting across multiple programs, while enabling leadership decision-making through insights and structured communication.

Organization and Workforce Transformation comprise of professionals who provides service offerings corresponding to Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Leadership and Culture.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support portfolio management by maintaining project pipelines, prioritization frameworks, and reporting dashboards
  • Track approvals and governance workflows, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines
  • Manage and monitor Synthesia usage for creating standardized communication, training, and knowledge assets
  • Coordinate and run town halls and leadership connects, including agenda planning, content consolidation, and post-session communication
  • Lead People Pulse surveys end-to-end: planning, communication, response tracking, and insights reporting
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across Asset Services initiatives and timely delivery of commitments
  • Provide insights through data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
  • Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or operations
  • Experience in program tracking, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Strong experience in creating leadership decks and dashboards
  • Experience in managing stakeholder communications and engagement forums
  • Familiarity with survey tools and feedback analysis (e.g., People Pulse)
  • Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA
  • Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously 
  • Exposure to digital tools like Synthesia or similar content automation platforms

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in consulting for global organisations, across industry in the areas of
    • Organization Design
    • Workforce planning and restructuring
    • Talent Management
    • Leadership and Culture Assessment
  • Experience in managing data and deriving insights, reporting, that enable business decision making
  • Preferred expertise in Analytics, with experience in one or more statistical tools and techniques including:
    • PowerBI, Qualtrics
    • Deep expertise in Excel and Microsoft toolkit
  • Experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management
  • Experience in a managed services organisation to provide extended consulting services to global clients in managing medium to large scale Organization Transformation projects using experience in analytics, talent management and HR planning
  • Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
