We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET) to join our engineering team, with 4–8 years of strong hands on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications across the full stack. The role requires deep technical proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Angular/React, Azure Cloud, APIs, and microservices, along with the ability to build clean, efficient, cloud ready code. In this role, you will contribute in two key capacities:

• by developing high performance backend and frontend components aligned to target-state architecture and functional specifications, and
• by supporting modernization and optimization initiatives, leveraging cloud capabilities, automation, and performance engineering best practices to enhance product efficiency and reliability.

Your key responsibilities

• Product Design and Hands on Development
  • Use industry experience to design and enhance enterprise-grade, cloud native applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9), ensuring high performance, scalability, and clean coding practices.
  • Apply best in class development techniques, optimizing backend services using Native AOT, Minimal APIs, and microservices patterns.
  • Challenge the status quo by recommending modern technology stacks, API strategies, Azure-native architectures, and performance driven enhancements.
  • Mentor team members through technical guidance, design discussions, and thorough code reviews.
• .NET-led Full Stack Development
  • Demonstrate strong full-stack engineering across Front-end (Angular), Back-end (.NET 8/9), APIs, and cloud integrated services.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust product features ensuring completeness, performance, and architectural alignment.
  • Build high-quality REST APIs, microservices, and integration layers using .NET, Azure Functions, App Services, gRPC, and container based workloads.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and clear technical communication.
• Quality Assurance
  • Perform end to end techno-functional testing to ensure implemented product features meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Improve product reliability by implementing automated testing wherever feasible (Unit tests, Integration tests, Postman/API tests, etc.).
  • Ensure code quality via best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with architects, DevOps teams, and product owners to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud ready solutions.
  • Support all phases of delivery including sprints, testing cycles, deployments, and hypercare.
  • Guide junior developers by providing oversight, technical coaching, performance optimization tips, and engineering best practices.
  • Participate in discussions around system performance, DevOps pipelines, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of strong hands on experience in full stack development with a mix of design leadership, coding, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in:

• Backend: ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8/9), C#, REST APIs, Microservices
• Frontend: Angular (or similar frameworks)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (Functions, App Services, Service Bus), CI/CD pipelines, Git/DevOps
• Data: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, ORM tools, data integration
• Architecture: Cloud-native design, distributed systems, containerization (Docker), observability
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and enterprise software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and team collaboration capabilities.

Good to Have

Exposure to:

• Node.js, MEAN/MERN stack
• gRPC, Event-driven architecture
• Power BI or similar BI tooling
• AI-readiness concepts and working with large datasets
• Experience with large-scale data integrations or multi-environment cloud deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• DevOps certifications, AI/ML certifications, or hands-on exposure to MLOps.

Education:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
