As part of our EY-GDS D&A (Data and Analytics) team, we help our clients solve complex business challenges with the help of data and technology. We dive deep into data to extract the greatest value and discover opportunities in key business and functions like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Auto, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The opportunity

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing large-scale data migration factory and ETL build using Informatica and AWS services within a Data Migration Factory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine the conceptual design for data migration, finalize tech architecture for Data migration factory (technologies / tools for ETL)
• Alignment on infrastructure and readiness, services installations
• Recommend appropriate method for on-prem/cloud connections and pipeline configurations
• Define process for source data extraction into staging area
• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC.
• Build and configuration for data factory (infrastructure, connectivity, etc.)
• Develop migration strategies for structured and unstructured data across multiple source and target systems.
• Utilize AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) for data storage, transformation, and orchestration.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during migration.
• Collaborate with architecture and business teams to define migration patterns and reusable components.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Informatica ETL tools and AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and error handling in large-scale migrations.
• Understanding the Banking domain including core and non-core banking terminologies.

Other capabilities required.

At-least 7+ years’ experience is required.
