Job Title: Process Mining Specialist (Celonis/Uipath Process Mining/Signavio)

Experience Level: Mid-level (1-3 years of experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Process Mining Specialist with a strong background in Celonis and other process mining tools to join our team.

The candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in process mining, data analysis with a focus on business insights and process improvement.

You will be responsible for using any of the process mining tools to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and provide actionable insights to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarize and well versed with one of the top process mining tools(Celonis/Uipath Process Mining/Signavio)
• Utilizing Process Mining tools to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement process mining solutions using process mining tool to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports in process mining tool to visualize process performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis to pinpoint process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead process optimization initiatives based on Celonis findings.
• Train and support business users in leveraging Celonis for ongoing process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience working with Process Mining.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Strong understanding of one or more business processes like P2P, AP, AR, R2R or O2C.
• Proficiency in process analysis, dashboard creation, and performance optimization.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in any of the process mining tools.
• Understanding of advanced data analytics techniques and their application to process mining.
• Experience in Action flows will be a plus
• Experience of integration of RPA solutions will be plus
• Experience of using REST api will be plus
• Understanding of connectivity and data modelling of ERP tools like SAP, Oracle will be a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
