The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Temenos Transact Architect to join the Temenos Centre of Excellence within the GDS - Banking and Capital Markets practice. T24 Technical Lead with a deep understanding of Core T24 modules (Customer, Accounts, Retail banking including TPH modules, also acting as a senior developer. Development and delivery experience with T24 and TAFJ R25 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-up. Hands on experience in Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL developer, Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA, Job schedulers (AWA). Experience in usage of logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk. Deep understanding of T24 COB and Services framework to build robust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on development using Temenos T24 and TAFJ R25 or higher in a multi‑company, multi‑application server environment.
• Analyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and high‑quality T24 solutions.
• Design, develop, unit test, and implement custom T24 developments using COB and Services Framework.
• Work actively with Design Studio, GitLab, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, and job schedulers (AWA).
• Develop and support integrations using Temenos Integration Framework, Interaction Framework (IRIS), Outbox Event Streaming, MQ, and JBOSS.
• Support implementation of SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and STP processes.
• Collaborate within an Agile / SAFe delivery environment, participating in sprint ceremonies, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Investigate and resolve production (RTB) issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
• Use monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Tivoli for issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Support T24 upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and data archiving activities.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, non‑functional requirements, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with architects, functional consultants, testing teams, and project managers to support end‑to‑end delivery.Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience in Temenos T24 R25+ and TAFJ R25+
• Hands‑on expertise in multi‑company and multi‑application server setups
• Solid knowledge of T24 COB and Services Framework
• Experience with:

  • Job schedulers (AWA)
  • SQL Developer
  • Temenos Unit Test Framework
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • Experience with Integration Framework, IRIS, Outbox Events, MQ, and JBOSS
  • Exposure to cloud‑based T24 development environments (preferred)
  • Sound understanding of Oracle DB concepts, SQL tuning, indexes, and Linux scripting
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk

Functional Knowledge

• Good functional understanding of Core T24 Retail Banking modules including:
  • Customer
  • Accounts
  • Retail Banking
  • TPH modules
  • Awareness of end‑to‑end banking and payment processing flows

Preferred Qualifications

• TCCP certification in T24
• Experience working with EMEIA or global banking clients
• Exposure to large‑scale core banking transformation programs
