Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to manage end-to-end delivery of complex Temenos projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and business objectives. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, managing RAID processes, driving change management, and ensuring benefit realization. The candidate will lead squads to track Temenos L1 deliveries, manage SIT/UAT phases, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery environments is essential. The position requires excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and certifications.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle, from initiation through deployment, including estimation, planning, progress tracking, scope management, risk and issue resolution, resource allocation, and status reporting.
  • Manage RAID processes by identifying and tracking risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business streams, and maintain comprehensive RAID dashboards.
  • Coordinate and maintain the integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with technology changes, process updates, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive change management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Design and implement structured project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare and publish project health dashboards and MIS reports for stakeholders, including data collection, trend analysis, and presentation of key metrics.
  • Monitor and report benefit realization against planned targets throughout the project duration.
  • Act as the primary communication interface between program teams, project teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with defined governance processes, policies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Mandatory requirements:

Selected candidates should be willing to work out of client location in Chennai for 3 days a week

 

Core Skills :

  • Lead and coordinate squads to track Temenos L1 deliveries end-to-end, including managing AT, SIT, UAT phases and monitoring L1 defect calls.
  • Develop comprehensive project proposals outlining objectives, resources, milestones, schedules, costs, and governance structure.
  • Support Project Managers by conducting regular meetings, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to planned scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Apply Agile principles and serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and promoting best practices across teams.
  • Represent IT Asia as ITPL/Scrum Master in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in global delivery environments.
  • Possess at least 7+ years of IT experience with proven success in managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exhibit excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to executive sponsors and diverse technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as required by project and program needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server.
  • Hold one or more industry certifications such as CSM, PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, PSM, SAFe, or CSPO.
  • Familiarity with tools like Primavera, Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Power BI is an added advantage.
