Job Summary: 

The Temenos Migration Developer will be involved in execution of data migration activities for Private Wealth Core implementation projects. This role requires strong expertise in migration strategies, deep technical knowledge of Temenos platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and data architects.

The position involves defining migration requirements, developing source-to-target mappings, configuring DM tool, building, optimizing and executing migration scripts, and ensuring data integrity throughout the transformation from legacy f to Temenos Private Wealth Core. The developer will also play a key role in validating migrated data, managing reconciliation processes, mitigating risks, and aligning migration deliverables with overall program objectives.

Mandatory requirements:

• Selected candidates should be willing to work out of client location in Chennai for 3 to 5 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end data migration strategies for Temenos Private Wealth Core, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Analyse legacy systems and prepare detailed source-to-target mapping aligned with Temenos data structures and business rules.
• Develop and optimize migration scripts using Temenos tools (TAFJ, T24 APIs) and standard ETL frameworks.
• Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Collaborate with SIT/UAT teams to resolve migration-related defects and support smooth test cycles.
• Monitor and tune migration processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with project timelines.
• Interface with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to provide migration status updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to data security, regulatory requirements, and governance standards during migration.

Core Technical Skills

• Temenos Data Migration (DM) Tools – DMX, DM Studio, DM Framework
• Temenos T24 and TAFJ (R20 or higher)
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Source-to-Target Mapping aligned with Temenos data structures
• Data Transformation and Validation techniques
• Migration Script Development using Temenos tools and standard frameworks
• SQL / PL-SQL and Database Management
• Performance Tuning for migration processes

Your client responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators to align on requirements, progress, and deliverables.
• Work as a key contributor in one or more Temenos T24 migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned migration tasks.
• Complete assigned migration activities within agreed timelines and provide regular status updates to the technical lead.
• Share progress reports consistently with project managers and onsite coordinators to maintain transparency.
• Engage with customer representatives when required to clarify migration requirements or resolve data-related issues.
