The opportunity
Join our TMT Cyber team to build relationships and deliver cyber security consulting and managed services engagements across our client base. In this role, you will support organizations in selling and delivering innovative cyber solutions. You will play a key role in increasing maturity through enhancing people, processes and technology with AI playing a central role in evolving solutions and solving client challengers. You will lead and mentor our people to build leaders of the future.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in the TMT Cyber Team, you will be responsible for leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships. Your role will involve overseeing complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics. You will also be accountable for program/project management and developing resource plans and budgets for engagements. This position requires regular travel as needed by external clients.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and privacy management systems.
- Depth of understanding of business models and experience delivering cyber security services in the Technology, Media and Entertainment or Telecommunications sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and build long-term client relationships that cover the full range of cyber consulting and managed services solutions.
- Strong point of view on using AI to improve cyber capabilities and securing business use and adoption of AI.
- TMT industry experience and familiarity with product development processes, production networks, cyber technologies and vendors are critical for this role.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience demonstrating expertise in the field.
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and privacy management systems.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in the technology, media and entertainment or telecommunications sectors.
- Familiarity with consumer perceptions of data privacy.
- Proven ability to leverage AI and coach team members on using AI to improve processes and engagement delivery.
- Strong capability in building and managing client relationships.
- Ability to establish trust and value with clients.
- Excellent communication skills with impactful delivery.
- Digital fluency and adaptability in a tech-driven environment.
- Emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Experience in hybrid collaboration across diverse teams.
- Commercial acumen to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams effectively.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $170,600 to $390,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $204,800 to $443,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
