As a Talent Consultant Senior Associate, you will be at the heart of that goal, partnering with a diverse team of professionals to provide people-driven HR services. Your key responsibilities 

You will be responsible for facilitating HR activities for a specific population. You will participate in team projects related to talent initiatives as needed. Working closely with other Talent team members, you will execute and help implement innovative HR programs and processes in line with our Talent agenda, including:


  • Supporting Stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate interview process for internal hire
  • Assisting with Induction and Onboarding and employee life cycle
  • Probation
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Facilitating the contract renewal/ Exit process
  • Payroll
  • Graduate Recruitment Activities
  • General


Skills and attributes for success 

  • A proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects 
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  
  • 3-5 plus years of experience 


Ideally, you will also have 

  • Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
