As digital threats to business become more sophisticated, investing in cybersecurity has never been more important. Some big names have seen their reputations affected by highly publicised leaks, and our clients are increasingly looking to us to provide simple, innovative and effective security approaches and processes. Join us as a Senior Manager and you’ll play a key role in making that happen across financial, insurance and wealth clients across Oceania.
The role is based in Canberra - Ngambri, Naarm - Melbourne, and Warrang - Sydney. Our roles can be potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
With rapid growth across the area, we’re looking for a Client Executive who can drive business development, lead bids and provide cyber managed service expertise with a focus on new engagements, either in new clients or uplift in existing clients. You can expect to work in a truly leading-edge environment, surrounded by some of the most engaging and knowledgeable colleagues in the business.
Your key responsibilities
This is a role where no two days are the same – so you’ll find yourself taking on plenty of new responsibilities as you go. You’ll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time between business developments, advising stakeholders, providing workshops and hosting market campaigns. If you’re flexible and ready to adapt to a constantly changing environment, there’s no better place to develop your skills. Since you’ll be working directly with clients, some travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Support client partners with identifying Cybersecurity Operations opportunities
- Perform the role of Client Executive for taking CMS offerings to new clients or uplift existing client across Oceania
- Support the evolution of EY’s Cyber managed services business.
- Build and manage technology alliance partners, proactively as well as tactically for deals.
- Build and manage sales and pipeline for CMS within Oceania.
- Deliver sales and margin commitments
Preferred experience
- 10+ Years of managed security services sales or bid leading experience
- Experience of successfully solutioning and delivering managed security services engagements
- Experience in deal structuring and win strategy, along with pricing expertise
- Experience in selling cybersecurity operations and cyber outsourcing within Oceania with deal sizes >$5Mil USD.
- Experience in selling global delivery model capability, including onshore, offshore and hybrid.
- Experience working with key cybersecurity solutions and platforms, primarily including Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection and Response, Security Operations Center, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cyber Analytics and Automation, SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Third Party Risk Management and/or Data Protection & Privacy services.
- Strong commercial experience in sizing and price deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
