What’s in it for you?

 

As our Oceania Federal Government Account Manager you’ll be responsible for implementing a global account activation strategy and planning processes in collaboration with account leadership in the region. You will work with the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP), Client Executive (CE) and account team to drive sales and program management, communications and administration.  The Account Manager works alongside key stakeholders to ensure that all locations and Service Lines of the firm are actively engaged around our largest, most complex government accounts and that we deliver Exceptional Client Service (ECS) in all internal and external encounters.

  • Previous account management or similar relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector trends
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English
  • Previous experience working within or with Government highly desired 
  • Must be an Australian citizen, capable of securing a Baseline Australian Government security clearance
