Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist
The opportunity
As our Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist you will be joining our team in Canberra . The successful candidate will work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract and recruit early talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate programs.
This role is based in Canberra – Ngambri Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs.
- Cultivating value led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations.
- Managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation.
What we look for
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous talent acquisition experience.
- A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
- A confident communicator and presenter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
