  • Prepare and review client deliverables, analyses, technical memoranda, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Manage assigned engagement workstreams, monitor timelines and priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and open items to engagement leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation and data workflows supporting accurate and efficient AEOI compliance and reporting.
  • Monitor relevant policy and legislative developments in the region relating to AEOI reporting and IRS reporting and withholding requirements.
  • Support clients in responding to enquiries or inspections from tax authorities and assist with other controversy matters.
  • Collaborate with team members across jurisdictions and provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior staff.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, responding promptly, and delivering a consistently high level of service.
  • Assist with business development pursuits, proposals, and the preparation of internal and external technical alerts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field; CPA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in tax information reporting, withholding, regulatory compliance, or a similar role, with exposure to FATCA, CRS, 1099, and/or 1042 reporting.
