The opportunity

 

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Clients & Industries (C&I) team—the strategic growth engine for EY across The Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, and Cayman Islands. In this role, you’ll support initiatives that drive client-first, industry-led strategies across strategy & operations, demand generation, sales excellence, and client experience. You’ll gain exposure to senior leaders, collaborate across service lines, and develop skills that will accelerate your career.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

· Support C&I projects through scheduling, research, reporting, and presentation preparation

· Assist with sector-specific initiatives and pursuits, ensuring timely delivery of materials and updates

· Maintain dashboards, trackers, and shared resources to enable delivery of regional priorities

· Gather and organize data for client and market insights

· Draft communications and prepare presentations for internal platforms

· Help administer the regional client experience program

· Contribute to special and ad hoc projects, including but not limited to event planning, training sessions, and leadership meetings

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

· Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams and SharePoint is a plus

· Basic data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI)

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)

 

Qualifications

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of work experience; professional services experience is a plus
