As a Technology Operations Analyst II (AMS ServiceNow), you will take on responsibility in delivering stable, high‑performing technology solutions. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive process automation, manage technical workstreams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across EY’s internal and client‑facing environments.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications or services with increased complexity.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules or AMS solutions based on business requirements.
- Utilize scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
- Analyze and resolve intermediate technical issues independently.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for software defects and system outages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with clarity.
- Manage small to medium-sized technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and feedback.
- Utilize advanced tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Splunk.
- Implement automation tools to streamline development and deployment.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to technical operations.

- Ability to independently manage tasks and mentor junior analysts.
- Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical operations, software development, or IT support.
- Experience with ServiceNow, AMS platforms, or automation tools.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience managing small to medium‑sized technical projects.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Professional certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, AWS Developer, or Azure Developer Associate.
- Advanced programming or scripting certifications (Java, Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with JIRA, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
