Consulting Canada Digital Specialist – Senior 
 
The opportunity

 

As a member of Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic Consulting practice to help design and execute strategic initiatives and priorities.  This is a unique opportunity for a high performing individual who is outcome driven and wants to contribute to projects that will transform how we manage the business.

Your role is to be on the front line of project design and execution, innovating and developing new ideas, making sure deadlines are met and ensuring overall project success. You can see the big picture and connect the dots to ensure we exceed client expectations (internal stakeholders and leadership).

  • Working with Consulting leaders to help identify areas of focus for innovation and integration to drive meaningful outcomes, increase efficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to making projects successful with both teammates and clients 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with significant ambiguity
  • Possess strong project management skills, detail oriented and demonstrates confidence in managing executive stakeholders with potentially differing perspectives to influence without authority
  • Make decisions based on available data in the context of project goals and deadlines that positively affect the outcomes of projects and communicate those insights to the team and clients. 
  • Leverage your creative ingenuity and our digital collaboration technologies to create exceptional and unique immersive experiences for our clients.

  • Digitally-savy story teller with a growth mindset and natural curiosity
  • Visually presents key messages and insights to effectively communicates complex ideas, systems, frameworks, strategies, and project progression 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills facilitating quick integration into new teams and rapidly establish credibility with clients and Consulting professionals

Tools/Enablers:

  • Microsoft Suite (Advanced knowledge in Excel) and Power Apps (particularly PowerBI)
  • Mural (visual collaboration)

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management consulting or equivalent business transformation or strategy experience
  • Exceptional executive presence 
  • Solid project management skills
  • Experience in design thinking tools and methods 
  • Familiarity with digital trends affecting the business landscape and key issues / opportunities facing major industries 
  • Prior experience in business process redesign and/or operating model definition is considered a plus
  • Cultural awareness and strong EQ
  • Flexible and deal well with ambiguity 
  • Focused, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines 
  • Receptive to constructive feedback
