We are looking for accomplished, creative individuals who bring rigor, passion and practicality to our growing team across four areas of focus:
- Transformation: Helping client organizations conceive of and drive meaningful transformation across the enterprise, leading with industry expertise and the full breadth of EY capabilities
- Business Design: Evolving client engagement across all aspects of next generation marketing, sales and service
- Experience Design: Assisting our clients in reimagining, designing and deploying valuable human experiences
- Transformation Delivery: Leading large, complex, programs that require specialized discipline and expertise
We currently are seeking Senior Consultants in our Business Consulting, Business Transformation Delivery practice, specializing in Project and Program Management. Our team is focused on providing project/program delivery consulting support within the Transformation Delivery practice, with an understanding of accepted project management practices and a view of the full project delivery lifecycle, including but not limited to planning, scheduling, procurement, cost and commercial management, contract administration and management, project controls, project performance monitoring and reporting. The position will involve working on a wide variety of projects with colleagues in the Transformation Delivery team and across the firm.
Your key responsibilities
- As a Senior Consultant an important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex strategy concepts.
- Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables and within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
- Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

- Willingness to travel: while the successful candidate will be based in their home office location, they may be required to travel both within and outside of Canada
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Applied Science, Business or a relevant field
- Preferably a post graduate degree or relevant professional designation (MBA or MSC are preferred)
- Pursuing project management, program management, agile certifications including PgMP, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or a professional designation such as Engineer in Training
- Experience with and/or certified in PM tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, Planview)
- A minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in industry or with a professional services firm along with a successful track record supporting in the deliver of capital projects or programs
