Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic/Visual Designer with exceptional expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint to support senior leadership and consulting teams in developing client-ready, executive-level presentations.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capability with a deep understanding of business and technology communication, able to translate complex ideas, data, and frameworks into clear, compelling, and visually impactful slides aligned with management consulting standards.

Your key responsibilities

Executive Presentation Development

• Design high-quality visually appealing deliverables for proposals, client deliverables, workshops, and leadership communications
• Translate complex analytical content into clear, structured, and visually engaging slides
• Ensure consistency with firm branding and storytelling standards

Story boarding and Storytelling

• Develop clear, logical storylines and slide storyboards that structure complex ideas into compelling, client-ready narratives
• Apply consulting frameworks (e.g., pyramid principle, issue trees, MECE thinking) to ensure clarity, flow, and impact
• Collaborate with teams to transform raw content into insight-driven stories, not just visually appealing slides
• Ensure presentations communicate a coherent end-to-end narrative, guiding executive audiences to key messages and decisions

Data Visualization

• Create clean, accurate charts and dashboards (PowerPoint / Excel integration)
• Simplify data-heavy content into executive-friendly visuals
• Ensure clarity, precision, and visual hierarchy

Template and Branding Management

• Maintain and enhance corporate PowerPoint templates, layouts, and slide libraries
• Enforce EY brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Develop reusable assets (icons, layouts, visual frameworks)

Fast-Turnaround Support

• Work under tight deadlines with consulting teams on live engagements
• Handle multiple deliverables simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Provide rapid iteration based on stakeholder feedback
