At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

As a Supervising Associate within the EY MENA Consulting Learning team, you will provide dedicated regional program management support for a growing and increasingly complex learning portfolio. Working closely with Consulting leaders, regional and global learning teams, facilitators, vendors and subject matter resources, you will translate business capability priorities into well-governed, high-quality learning experiences delivered through classroom, virtual and digital channels.

This role brings together end-to-end portfolio and program management, large-scale event delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, governance, reporting and continuous improvement. You will oversee delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, strengthen regional coordination and continuity, and support the Consulting Learning Leader in advancing strategic business partnering, capability transformation and future-skills priorities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Translate the MENA Consulting learning strategy and annual priorities into an integrated regional delivery plan, partnering with business stakeholders to identify capability requirements, dependencies, risks and success measures.
  • Own the end-to-end program management and regional deployment of a portfolio of learning programs, including workplans, milestones, scheduling, nominations, registrations, learner communications, facilitator coordination, logistics, risk management, evaluation and follow-up.
  • Lead the program management of onboarding, Skills Activation Workshops, capability academies, Communities of Practice, Power Hours and other Consulting upskilling initiatives across ranks and competencies.
  • Coordinate the design, maintenance and continuous enhancement of Consulting learning pathways, curricula, learning maps and credential journeys, aligned with capability requirements by rank and the Consulting Personas.
  • Manage the regional adaptation and deployment of global priority learning, ensuring local business relevance while maintaining alignment with global standards, governance and intended outcomes.
  • Oversee effective use of learning platforms and tools, including course setup, curriculum management, attendance and completion tracking, learner support, compliance monitoring and accurate portfolio reporting.
  • Build disciplined portfolio reporting that monitors participation, completion, learner feedback, delivery quality, risks, budget and learning impact, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the central coordination point across MENA Consulting stakeholders and regional and global learning teams for program rollouts, platform enhancements, process improvements and strategic learning projects.
  • Embed AI, Copilot and technology-enabled ways of working across learning experiences, from productivity boosters and simulations to coaching, collaboration and difficult-conversation practice.
  • Project-manage large-scale learning events, bootcamps, workshops and development programs, including governance, budgeting, venue and vendor management, facilitator sourcing, stakeholder coordination, communications and onsite delivery oversight.
  • Own program governance, budget tracking, status reporting, issue escalation and delivery controls to ensure consistent, efficient and high-quality execution across the learning portfolio.
  • Drive continuous improvement and learning automation by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and enhance processes, systems, communications, reporting and learner experiences across the region.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to manage a complex portfolio, multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to work with senior business leaders and a strong internal client-service mindset.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-ready updates, learning campaigns and stakeholder communications across diverse and globally connected teams.
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, particularly in portfolio reporting, learning data, budgets, risks, evaluation and impact measurement.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach, with strong ownership, sound judgement and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, transformation-led environment.
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence using learning management systems, virtual learning tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong AI fluency, including practical proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and other approved generative AI tools, with the ability to apply responsible prompting, content generation, analysis and automation to improve learning design, delivery, communications and operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Education or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, learning program management, Learning Operations or a related area, with evidence of operating independently across complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing learning programs or portfolios end to end in a corporate, professional services or multinational environment.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and producing accurate portfolio, participation, completion, budget and impact reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in English and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot or comparable enterprise generative AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, communications and learning-related workflows, in line with responsible AI and data-protection requirements.

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Have experience leading or managing regional or global learning initiatives and working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Bring knowledge of capability needs analysis, learning pathways, credentials, program evaluation and facilitation.
  • Have hands-on exposure to learning analytics, dashboards, digital learning solutions, AI-enabled learning, vendor management and budget tracking.

What we look for

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized learning program manager who can bring structure and discipline to a complex regional portfolio and translate strategic priorities into effective execution. You will demonstrate strong ownership, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage multiple concurrent initiatives and escalate risks in a timely manner. Sound judgement, commercial awareness and a commitment to quality will be essential, together with the confidence to challenge constructively, simplify ways of working and deliver practical improvements across the MENA Consulting Learning agenda.
