  • Collaborate with GTA Operations Leaders to align strategic priorities, performance goals, and delivery expectations while remaining accountable for strategic direction.
  • Build trusted relationships with Recruitment Leadership and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through data, insights, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Foster continuous learning, capability development, knowledge sharing, and adoption of leading practices across GTA to improve productivity and strategic impact.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent market dynamics, and the connection between hiring strategy and business growth.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate hiring data, KPIs, and market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations.
