The opportunity
EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle’s applications and technology space. Oracle Applications and Technology Services within the COE supports area offices by providing resources that can design, architect, deliver and lead innovative solutions leveraging technical capabilities of Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical workstream of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation consisting of data migration strategy and execution, integration strategy and execution, application architecture, application extensions and custom development approach and execution.
- Analyze and understand the enterprise application landscape of the customer, define integration strategy between HCM cloud and customer’s downstream systems, build data migration strategy, advise on data privacy and data security best practices, and lead customer through Oracle’s Cloud Services Ecosystem.
- Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of application implementations.
- Partner with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions
- Gain understanding of vendor product roadmap, features and functionalities and perform knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams
Key Profile Requirements:
- 8+ years of system implementation experience covering execution, system implementation design, and/or lean / six-sigma operational improvement projects.
- A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience at the big 4 and/or financial services company or comparable experience working
- Must have experience in managing minimum 2 large fusion implementation projects
- Extensive knowledge of Core HR, Absences, Talent Management, Payroll modules.
- Deliver quality project execution by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary
- Demonstrated ability in identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in developing repeatable services, tools, points of view, and thought leadership to differentiate EY from its peers. These are leveraged throughout EY to provide consistency in our solution delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a global team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationship
- Bi-Lingual (English and Arabic)
