Senior Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) | Utilities & Infrastructure

The opportunity

EY's Supply Chain Consulting practice is seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Utilities & Infrastructure to lead asset management and asset data readiness programs across large infrastructure portfolios. This role focuses on helping clients establish accurate asset information foundations that support operational excellence, digital transformation, and effective asset lifecycle management.

Skills and attributes for success

• Lead EAM and asset data readiness engagements across utilities and infrastructure sectors.
• Manage physical asset verification, asset inventory validation, and asset register development.
• Oversee asset tagging and labeling programs aligned with industry standards.
• Lead GIS coordinate capture and asset location verification activities.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards and asset performance reporting frameworks.
• Establish asset data governance, data quality controls, and asset information management processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define asset management strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development activities.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure Management, GIS, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in asset management, utilities, infrastructure, or consulting.
• Proven experience delivering EAM, asset data readiness, or infrastructure asset management projects.
• Strong understanding of utilities and infrastructure assets, including water, sewerage, fuel systems, roads, bridges, parking, and transport infrastructure.
• Experience leading physical asset verification, tagging & labeling, and GIS data capture initiatives.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM, or similar asset management platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management standards.
• Experience working with government entities, municipalities, utilities, or transport authorities across the GCC/MENA region.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, IAM, or equivalent.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
