Job description
Your key responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles across assigned MENA locations.Design and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities, nationalization agendas, and regional talent market insights.Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experience hires in Tax, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, and pre-joining experience.Lead and continuously enhance the internship program, with a strong focus on candidate experience.Use recruitment data and insights to track progress against hiring targets, identify risks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within recruitment systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Ideally, you’ll also
Be comfortable handling large data sets and generating insights using Excel and MS Office.Have exposure to Recruitment Management Systems such as SuccessFactors.Have experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and offering.Bring experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional recruitment model.What we look for We’re interested in recruitment professionals who combine creative thinking with disciplined execution.
