Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP Technology / Integration Consultant to join our SAP Practice in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP technical architecture, system integration, and middleware technologies, combined with hands-on experience in SAP landscapes and interfaces. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, and travel readiness is essential, as most projects will be delivered across KSA, UAE, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP technical solutions, including SAP RISE with SAP S/4HANA deployments and cloud integration scenarios.
• Manage SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Web Services, APIs) and ensure seamless integration with national systems and regulatory platforms (e.g., e-Invoicing, ZATCA, UAE VAT, Qatar compliance systems).
• Configure and support middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and integration with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution across hybrid landscapes.
• Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support for complex integration scenarios.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Be prepared for frequent travel to client sites in KSA, UAE, and Qatar.

Key Profile Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP technology and integration, including hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and SAP BTP.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, system landscapes, and integration methodologies.
• Experience with integration to national compliance systems (e.g., tax authorities, e-invoicing platforms) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud integration (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) and hybrid deployment models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the GCC region.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a positive team culture.
