Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Consultant to join our SAP Practice in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data migration, data governance, and data integration within SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SAP data tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in complex transformation programs.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, and travel readiness is essential, as most projects will be delivered across KSA, UAE, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data migration strategy and execution for SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Utilize SAP tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Manage data quality, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support integration of SAP data with national systems and regulatory platforms (e.g., e-Invoicing, ZATCA, UAE VAT compliance).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping and transformation rules.
• Perform data load testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Provide guidance on master data management (MDM) and data lifecycle policies.
• Be prepared for frequent travel to client sites in KSA, UAE, and Qatar.

Key Profile Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP data migration and data management, including SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BODS, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with integration to national compliance systems (tax authorities, e-invoicing platforms) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud data integration (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the GCC region.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a positive team culture.
