Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution (Application) Architect to design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure seamless system integration, and drive innovation across the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, and hybrid architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Define end-to-end SAP solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud-based deployments.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry standards, and digital transformation strategies.
• Design scalable, modular, and future-proof architectures supporting multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate SAP best practices, extensibility options, and SAP BTP to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

SAP Integration & Landscape Optimization:

• Design and optimize SAP integrations with third-party applications using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and API-based architectures.
• Define data flows, master data governance (MDG), and integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee SAP landscape modernization, cloud migration strategies, and system consolidations.

Technical Leadership & Governance:

• Act as a trusted advisor to Functional, Architect, and business stakeholders on SAP architecture and strategy.
• Provide technical leadership in SAP system design, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, development, and business teams to ensure a cohesive architecture.
• Lead architecture governance, review boards, and technical roadmaps to ensure SAP alignment with enterprise IT.

SAP Implementation & Deployment:

• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformations, greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid implementation projects.
• Develop cutover strategies, deployment roadmaps, and phased rollouts for SAP programs.
• Guide SAP configuration, customization, and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, Agile, and DevOps best practices.

Security, Compliance & Performance Optimization:

• Ensure SAP solutions comply with IT security frameworks.
• Optimize SAP performance, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and cloud scalability.
• Define SAP security architecture, identity management, and access governance strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM, EWM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, OData, APIs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP RISE/SaaS offerings.
• Knowledge of SAP security, IAM, and GRC frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Basis, HANA database administration, and SAP performance tuning.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and SAP automation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams to align strategy with execution.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring SAP teams.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP Solution Architect certification (SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in an SAP Solution Architect role.
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and integrations.
