Microsoft Power Platform Developer - Senior Consultant - Forensic & Integrity- Egypt

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, JavaScript, and C# plugin development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade digital solutions that drive business transformation, process automation, and enhanced user experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and best practices for scalable Power Platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps to support complex business processes.
• Build, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for workflow automation and process orchestration.
• Develop and customize Power Pages websites, customer portals, and external-facing applications.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
• Develop advanced server-side business logic using C# Plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities, and Dataverse SDK.
• Create client-side customizations using JavaScript, including form scripting, command bar customizations, responsive UI enhancements, and validation logic.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Implement enterprise-grade security, governance, compliance, and role-based access controls.
• Manage solution packaging, deployment, environment strategies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and portal-related issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and Microsoft best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and project teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure AI Services, and related innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Applications).
• Extensive experience with Power Pages development, customization, authentication models, and portal security.
• Proven expertise in Power Automate cloud flows, approval workflows, integrations, and advanced automation scenarios.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, performance optimization, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in C# Plugin Development, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities, and Dataverse SDK.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, form scripting, command bar customization, and client-side development.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and service integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI development and implementation.
• Experience developing integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage, Graph API, and external enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid Templates, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive web design for Power Pages.
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing, governance, capacity management, and security best practices.

Solution Delivery & DevOps

• Strong experience with Solution Management, managed/unmanaged solutions, and environment strategies.
• Experience implementing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and cloud-based solution delivery.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project environments.

• 3 to 5 years (Consultant / Senior Consultant) of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing secure, scalable, and high-performing business applications.
