The Opportunity:


As the recruitment landscape evolves, EY is looking to strengthen our Executive Talent Attraction team to effectively engage, attract, and retain diverse talent. This team collaborates with our Regional and Global leadership to support our recruitment efforts, focusing on delivering effective sourcing strategies for various skill sets. This role is designed to assist in meeting our hiring objectives, particularly for Direct Admit Partners (DAP) and Partners (Non - Equity) in the Region, while also managing vendor spending efficiently. Reporting to the DAP Sourcing Leader with additional reporting to the Global Executive TA² Leader, this role will involve supporting projects and creating candidate pipelines to fulfill our Partner hiring needs at a MENA level.

We are seeking individuals who can work collaboratively with service lines (SL) in the business, contributing to innovative talent acquisition strategies for Executive hiring. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment, while also driving positive outcomes in their assigned projects.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with candidates in the market, focusing on prequalifying Partner candidates for both routine and opportunistic hiring.
  • Respond to priorities, provide assistance to partner hiring teams, and act as a resource for the SL, Talent, and Executive recruiting teams.
  • Prioritize activities that require urgent hiring or complex sourcing efforts, such as team builds or meeting our D&I hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Executive Recruiter and Talent Attraction Leadership to define and execute sourcing strategies for the Region.
  • Assist in providing insights and support to the Regional and SL teams, helping to free up time for executive recruiters and advising hiring partners.
  • Contribute to the development of market brand campaigns for the Region, working with stakeholders to enhance our presence.
  • Support the advancement of our DE&I hiring agenda in the Region.

This role is essential for EY as we continue to expand our Partner hiring, helping to identify and engage with executive talent while managing costs effectively.

 

Skills and Attributes for success:

  • You will have some experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably with exposure to Executive Recruiting projects within professional services or consulting.
  • Familiarity with managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix structure and resolve organizational conflicts.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing methodologies, including advertising and search-led approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport across diverse demographics.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, developing knowledge in various markets and technical functions to support effective sourcing.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with global teams and contribute to shared goals.
