The Opportunity
The Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) is shaping a future-ready workforce that empowers EY people and enables firm ambitions. As part of the Workforce Strategy & Design team, this role helps drive the day-to-day execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness of DiTTO by supporting leadership priorities and enabling collaboration across workforce transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Workforce Strategy Lead, the Enablement Supervising Associate serves as a key enablement resource across the office, supporting strategic execution, leadership operations, portfolio coordination, and organizational rhythms. This role is suited to a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, works effectively through ambiguity, and delivers high-quality outcomes across competing priorities.
What You'll Do
Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement
- Support execution of strategic priorities by coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and leadership communications
- Conduct ad hoc research, analysis, and information synthesis to support leadership decision-making
- Partner with the Workforce Strategy Lead on special projects and emerging priorities
Office Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage key operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, governance activities, action tracking, and follow-up processes
- Coordinate across Workforce Strategy, Service Line Integration, Portfolio Management, and other DiTTO teams to support alignment and execution
- Maintain visibility into key deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions across the office
- Support the development and continuous improvement of team processes, templates, and operational tools to enable consistency and scale
Resource & Portfolio Enablement
- Track hiring needs, open roles and requisitions, workforce planning activities, and onboarding efforts
- Support portfolio management activities, status reporting, and PMO requests as needed
- Maintain trackers and reporting materials that provide visibility into strategic priorities and team activities
- Help coordinate the intake, prioritization, and delivery of ad hoc requests received by the office
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting strategy, operations, transformation, PMO, consulting, or business operations activities
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Experience developing executive presentations, reports, and communications for leadership audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready materials with a strong attention to quality and detail
