Talent Consultant, Supervising Associate

Your key responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating human resources activities for a specific population. Working closely with other Talent team members, you’ll implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs and processes in line with our Talent agenda, including performance management, compensation and career development.
You’ll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders. You’ll also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends and make appropriate recommendations.

- Working knowledge of HR laws and practices

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Five-plus years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong command of English Language (written and oral)
- Cross boarder working knowledge
- Financial Services knowledge (ex. Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and/or Wealth Management)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Society for Human Resource Management certification
- Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
