Junior UX/UI Designer

You will support our Tax Technology at GDS Argentina and take the responsibilities to create innovative designs both for internal uses and for EY’s clients, proposing new ideas and to be the EY branding guidelines subject-matter person.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with a high level of creativity, who will turn our external and internal clients’ needs into digital and printed masterpieces. If you have an eye for a detail and enjoy innovation and creativity, this job is just perfect for you!

Your key responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Work alongside the Tax Technology team to understand the overall messaging and come up with innovative designs to support internal and external products
• Analyze and understand the business needs and vision to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Provide quality assurance of all deliverables and manage creative responsibilities of assigned projects
• Be up to date with EY global BMC branding guidelines in order to deliver brand-compliant designs
• Oversee any other design, platforms, documents and evaluate and asses EY brand compliance
• Participate in clients’ and team’s calls as necessary
• Comply with all learning requirements and CE credits as well as Risk Management and general policies

Skills and attributes for success

• You should be fluent in English  
• At least 5+ years of experience designing products.
• Experience creating and working with an evolving design system.
• Creating high-quality end-to-end user flows.
• Can work collaboratively building relationships between product team, business stakeholders and working teams.
• Incorporates Design Thinking/User Center Design Methodology to the working process
• Can perform Discovery, usability testing and other UX research activities
• Ability to perform UX reviews, knowledge of latest accessibility guidelines
• Proficient with design tools, like Figma (Advanced knowledge is a must). 
• Can customize and build components on its own, can design Pixel Perfect, high fidelity interactive mockups, proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade

• Good attitude and disposition, willing to help and collaborate for a common goal
