This role operates at a senior portfolio level, ensuring execution excellence across the full delivery lifecycle while providing leadership visibility into scope, financial, risks, dependencies, and health delivery. The position requires executive presence, strong ownership, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly, remove obstacles decisively, and drive teams toward timely, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery leadership, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and accelerate execution in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives, including custom applications, platform modernization, integrations, enterprise enhancements, and critical operational programs across the ATTG portfolio.
  • Establish and govern integrated portfolio-level delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Provide rigorous oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery performance, ensuring timely escalation and executive transparency on variances and risks.
  • Demonstrate visible ownership of portfolio outcomes, driving accountability across teams and ensure that critical actions are executed with discipline and urgency.
  • Anticipate, assess, and resolve complex risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies with speed, sound judgment, and a strong solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, periodic status reporting, governance reviews, follow-up sessions, and decision-making forums.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and portfolio insights to ATTG leadership and governance forums, enabling informed decision-making and prioritization.
  • Partner effectively with Product Owners, Development Managers, Architects, Quality Assurance, Security, Operations, vendors, and senior business stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with ATTG delivery frameworks, EY quality and risk requirements, architecture and security governance, and release management processes.
  • Own project and portfolio financial oversight, including budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and planning inputs that support sound investment decisions.
  • Maintain required delivery documentation and artifacts, including plans, risk logs, release plans, status reports, and process documentation.
  • Drive prioritization, sequencing, and execution discipline across teams to enable faster delivery, improved predictability, and stronger business alignment.
  • Prepare leadership-ready materials and respond effectively to ad hoc requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or near completion, in Technology, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project or portfolio management, including delivery leadership in complex, matrixed, and stakeholder-intensive environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and handoff to production support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, reprioritize quickly, and maintain execution discipline.
  • Excellent executive communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, resolving complex delivery challenges, and driving high-quality outcomes with urgency, resilience, and strong judgment.
  • Experience preparing structured reports, executive summaries, and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale technology portfolios or strategic programs within professional services or similarly complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar delivery approaches.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with development and architecture teams.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and demonstrated ability to support their evaluation, adoption, and integration into business and delivery processes is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
