SuccessFactors Config Lead will have full responsibility for the delivery application end-to-end working with Project Manager, QA resources and Support Team.
Essential Functions of the Job:

• Design, configure, and maintain complex Role-Based Permission (RBP) models in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and manage dynamic permission groups using employee data attributes (location, department, job classification, pay grade, employment status, custom MDF objects).
• Implement and troubleshoot granular EC permissions, including Employee Data, Employment Details, Compensation, Time-Off, and workflow-driven access restrictions.
• Perform detailed RBP troubleshooting, including root-cause analysis of permission conflicts, inactive permissions, target population mismatches, and proxy access issues.
• Support security design for SuccessFactors releases, preview testing, regression validation, and post-release remediation activities.
• Secure SuccessFactors integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP IDM, and third-party systems by validating user IDs, role mappings, and provisioning logic.
• Translate detailed Requirements and Design and Solution Architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications.
• Technical deliverables on projects assigned.
• Proactively anticipate project issues before they occur, define the problem, identify possible causes, work with team to identify solutions, select and implement most appropriate solution.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
(Describe the knowledge or skills needed to perform this job; these may be technical, managerial or behavioral in nature.)
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP) across EC, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM and SAP Workzone etc.
• Expertise in Employee Central (EC) security, including permission roles, permission groups, target/granted populations, workflow permission group and role assignments.
• Experience on proxy management.
• Experience designing dynamic permission groups using EC attributes and MDF objects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Onboarding 2.0 security and EC–ONB data access alignment.
• Solid understanding of Recruiting (RCM) security and Learning (LMS) security.
• Administer IAS/IPS provisioning and SSO integrations with SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
• Strong skills in RBP troubleshooting and post-release access issue resolution.
• Expertise in application security S4H, Fiori, HANA, SAP BTP with deep understanding of authentication, user provisioning, role design management.
• Proficiency in SAP GRC, SoD analysis, risk remediation, and audit frameworks (SOX, GDPR).
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
• Business Analysis experience.

Job Requirements:
Education:

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience
Experience:

• 6+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment.
• Experience of working on complex RBP SAP rollout projects.
• Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred.
Certification Requirements:

• SAP Certified – RBP.
• SAP Successfactors Platform.
• Good to have CISSP or CompTIA security+.
