Staff for Payroll Data Ops Team (multicountry support) - Digipay - EY Global Delivery Service

Job Responsibility:

 The purpose of this role is to manage the Integration Projects through a structured methodology to Implement Integration of Client HRMS systems with DIGIPAY CLOUD solution.

The Technical Consultant is accountable coordinating with client, Configuration teams and local payroll teams and being the central point of contact in the global phases of the project.

These projects are typically multiple short stints and provide a very dynamic work environment.

Key Requirements of the Role:

• Ideal to proven experience in Project management and project coordination
  • Capacity to face tense client-facing situation
  • Be proactive with a problem-solving spirit
• Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties,
• International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment,
• Efficient in at least English: Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
• Payroll (and HR) related knowledge is an advantage as the discussions involve interaction with Client HR and Payroll Managers and Senior personnel.

The role involves key Interactions with:

• Tech Configuration team for day-to-day project deliverables
• Delivery Managers for reporting project progress
• Day to day interaction with Product team to resolve any technical issues that hinder project progress.
• Local Client in-country stake holders  (day-to-day)
