Senior PAS EMS/Project Coordinator - EY Global Delivery Services

What do we do:

Responsibilities include monitoring, compliance and reporting for global mobility tax compliance projects for clients based mainly in the US.  Primary tasks are project management of client´s book of business, reviewing junior project coordinator´s work and identifying areas for process improvements.

Require qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English and communications skills.
• Graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Project management professionals will be preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft Office especially, Excel.
• Previous experience in project coordination.
• Actively prioritize time sensitive work with focus on high quality while meeting responsibilities to clients and all stakeholders.
• Actively coach and review the work of junior staff and help to guide them to understand our client’s agenda and expectations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project management and client service skills.
• Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Results-oriented approach to drive improvements in engagement economics (financial systems, relationship management tools).
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with virtual teams.
• Create consistency and technical excellence though knowledge- sharing and by conveying information tailored to audience needs.
• Ability to manage high volume in a high-pressure environment
