Tax Operations BA team

The Associate is responsible for performing a project management role across multiple initiatives, including planning, prioritizing, and driving execution to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In addition, the individual supervises and coordinates the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective execution across tasks. Within this context, the role leads the planning and execution of leadership events and the coordination of global visits, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and high service standards.
Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-up across initiatives
•    Provide clear direction and proactively address issues to ensure smooth execution and strong service standards
•    Manage end-to-end delivery of events (on-site and off-site), including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, merchandising procurement, and execution, ensuring seamless and high-quality experience
•    Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication, maintaining alignment and managing expectations across multiple initiatives
•    Manage vendor and procurement-related activities, working closely with Procurement teams to support sourcing, purchasing, and delivery timelines in compliance with internal processes
•    Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, driving continuous enhancements in processes, efficiency, and service quality

Skills Requirements
•    Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive execution
•    Proven ability to supervise and coordinate team activities, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery
•    Prior experience in event coordination, operations, or similar roles, with exposure to end-to-end event delivery
•    Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure alignment across initiatives
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and operational priorities in a dynamic environment
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for planning, tracking, and reporting
